EHS Management System

DPS EHS management system forms a centralized framework by which we manage EHS standards across the company operations and maintenance (O & M) activities. Our system is based on the requirements of OSHA & NFPA standards. The hierarchy of the system is comprised of three levels.

Level 1 comprises QEHS Policy signed by CEO having personal ownership from the top.

Level 2 entails central EHS Manual having 17 procedures along with the guidelines owned by the departmental Heads.

Level 3 consists of detailed work instructions, checklists, formats, training plans, monthly/quarterly reports etc. owned by Plant/Operation/Maintenance/Office Managers, Lead /Engineers, Shift Supervisors, Control Room Operators.

This robust system not only sets direction but also makes everyone accountable on EHS matters. We are mindful on growing needs in EHS and we are striving our best to reinforce the safety culture across our operations. We are focus and persistent to reiterate that occupational health and safety of our employees is our top priority and a fundamental aspect to drive safe O & M business excellence.
