The incumbent will be responsible to manage the operations of Management Development Centre, support T & OD Manager to implement organizational/departmental/individual training and development strategies, as identified through Training Needs Analysis and Talent Development Plans.
Furthermore, the Lead MDC will be assisting management in enhancing current training solutions while bringing in new initiatives, according to the business needs of the organization. The incumbent will also be leading the initiative of implementing Success Factors’ LMS solution.
