The P & RM Manager will be playing a crucial role in developing strategies in regards to performance management and compensation & rewards.
The role entails overseeing, performance management linked with managing and administering rewards, perks & benefits. The incumbent will be liaising with key-stakeholders in order to develop programs to improve performance, engagement and employee satisfaction. Furthermore this incumbent will be responsible for participating in salary surveys and ensuring that the organization is aware of the current reward trends so that the leaders can make informed decisions, based on the information provided. Knowledge of Mercer Evaluation Tool and Successfactor tool of Performance management will be an additional strength.
